This is the 1989 Chevrolet Caprice Sedan LAPD. This has plenty of detail. I even worked on getting the interior radio and siren setup just as the real LAPD patrol units. This took me a total of 7 hours to perfect.

Installation Instructions
To install this mod, with OpenIV or SparkIV navigate to GTAIV/PC/Models/CDImages/Vehicles.img and replace police2.wft and police2.wtd.
