HAVIS AceK9 Hot-n-Pop Console Mount

This is my 2ND public dev release. This is the more accurate havis console mount version with switches. There are barely any differences, besides the obvious fillet's and stuff, but otherwise tiny changes here and there. This is to be used with any Hot-n-Pop model with minor vertexing and/or scaling.
I've also included a flat mount with no switches or buttons cause why not.

Poly count (Normal Mount):

- L0: 1052

- L1: 833

NOTE: You should probably replace the cons_diff texture with whatever texture your console is using for texture consistency, so yeah.
