To make sure I keep this topic alive, here's some vehicles from smaller agencies I'm working on as well.

This project is still in progress. I have only been able to find very little information about their interior setup. It currently has a console with 3 radios, one of them being an optional extra, as that's what they appear to use based on a video that showed a glimpse of the interior. I'm unsure about what siren controller to use, if anybody knows what's most likely used IRL or if anybody has any suggestions for a fictional setup, please post here.
These photos are of earlier model Crown Vics, but it's all I have found.
Best guess for lighting controller would be to copy LAPD's setup with the Federal Signal.
Just wanted to share something fun I’ve been working on. After years of not being able to use DLS, I figured out my issue and it is fully functioning for me as of a few months ago.
All of my vehicles that can utilize DLS will have full lighting stages with side alleys, takedowns, and spotlights. On vehicles that possess pillar spotlights, you will be able to control the rotation of the driver-side spotlight via keyboard and/or controller seamlessly. Passenger spotlight can also be toggled independently, however won’t feature rotation due to game limitations.
DLS will be entirely optional to use, but at the expense of losing the features of stages and scene lighting control. I’ll have to provide a custom dls.ini with my vehicles as I had to add some keybinds to be able to use all the different functions.
I decided this is the best place to finally post again as I do have some projects I've been working on recently.
For about 2-3 years and now with the help of some friends in the LoreHub community, I've been working on a comprehensive package of some 80s era California emergency service agencies. I'm hoping to do as much as my time permits.
I'll try to post frequently here and share updates as to what's going on!

I'm glad the quality checks are staying as it's something that has always set Modding-Forum apart from other sites like 5-mods or LCPDFR. Especially with the heavy amount of AI junk we've been seeing on other sites recently.
Hi! The car setup looks very clean, but I do want to share a few inaccuracies that you might be interested in on the car's model itself. Not a lot of people notice, but these might be of interest to you!
1) The trim on the doors is of a 2009+ model, the correct trim for a 1998-2008 model year police package looks like this.
2) 'FlexFuel' wasn't a thing until the late 2007 model year (or 2008?), to the badge on the trunk lid for a 2005 isn't a thing.
3) The amber turn signals inside the rear taillights were cut in the early 2000s. I believe 2003+ this was no longer an option. The turn signals for the rear were integrated with the brake lights.
4) The instrument cluster/speedometer in your model is of a 2006+. 1998-2005 looks like this.
5) Lastly, the suspension seems to be very high. This would be the maximum height of a Crown Victoria from 2003-2005.
This is so beautiful, and your work is so fast, never thought we would actually see this come to gta 5, I hope there's an adam 12 version because if there isn't I will take the liberty to uv map it and make one myself.
Oh there definitely will be!

How to make your rotary lightbars glooow~~~ or spicing up your retro vehicles' visual appearance. See the attached video for direct comparison.
To achieve this beautiful effect, a couple of edits are done to the vehicle's sirensetting in carcols.meta. No model edits are needed. Works fine for vehicles that combine halogen/strobe and LED lights.
Per-siren settings:
intensity = 40-70
^ Ramping this up does all the magic. We usually set this to range of 0.5-2, but with these values there isn't enough power to induce that beautiful inner glow in glass shaders.
All sirens that don't belong to the rotary lightbar have to have their intensity increased as well!
spotLight = true
^ Can be set to false for a single siren to add static glow effect, works kinda well for lightbars with many rotators.
Coronas can also be made smaller so that they don't obstruct the glow. I like:
size - 0.2-0.5
intensity - 35
Global settings:
textureName - distant_light
^ This one works the best of all available vanilla textures, imo, giving a nice round cone of light with soft edges.
lightFalloffMax = 100
^ Higher than usual for rotary lightbars. Is that way because, with lightFalloffExponent being way up, light power drops with distance more quickly.
lightFalloffExponent = 150000
^ Has to be that high to compensate for insane brightness of individual sirens.
lightInnerConeAngle = 125
^ Barely noticeable, can be neglected. Adds slight soft light cone around the main one.
lightOuterConeAngle = >45
^ Decreasing this can move light cone out further from your car to minimise lighting up the ground under the car, but will also decrease the power of glass glow effect of every rotor.
I wanted to post a few pieces I've been working on recently. Using solo's Driver: San Francisco base for the car, I've made revised and reworked versions of his 1975 Monaco to include a 1974 and 1976 model. Also including the 1976-1977 Royal Monaco.
I've also done some effects on the siren settings to make the halogen rotors more realistic. Thanks to a write-up from Lozano.

So Im having some trouble with the California plates mod. Im using lundy's carcols file and the colour of the text for the new California plate is orange. Does anyone know where I can find a carcols for this mod? Am I installing it wrong?
You don't need Cj24's mod. My carcols includes his mod.
Front door jambs are all finished. Moving on to the rear doors.
Only took u 7 months
you must hate america
it's the famous ~CUSTAH~
Nah, it was a documentary. I think about the SoCal Law Enforcement, I found it like 5 years ago on Dailymotion.
Depends if it was real-time footage, or some crap reenactment.
