A modified visualsettings.dat to increase the brightness of emergency lights, improve the bloom, and adjust the brightness of taillights, brake lights, and turn signals for more realistic visuals.
Normally, all that's necessary is to set the ID and attributes in polygon mode and add the user defined options to the collision object and the glass materials.
Cartres and I have been experimenting with further modifications for a more realistic bloom. Currently released settings with default bloom on the left, my changed settings on the right:
I was asked about making a version with steady burns as well, so like with the unmarked CVPI with the Talons, I've decided to make a separate California inspired version as well. For this version, I've changed the skin to Paleto Bay, added the passenger side spotlight, added steady burns and rear amber:

The original generic version is currently still in testing, I've worked on it some and it'll likely still take a few more days until it'll be ready for release.

Additional all blue, all red and NY inspired color options are included:
I have also made a separate version with a California inspired light color and pattern setup and with an additional passenger side spotlight extra component instead of the pushbar and radars:
I've added antennas and made some further adjustments to the clear lens textures of the lightbar. The car should now be complete, if no issues are found, it should be ready for release in the next week or two.

I've recently started working on another simple project to match the unmarked CVPI, featuring Kane104's Whelen Liberty lightbar. It may look familiar for some of you, as it is inspired by some of my old mods for GTA IV, including my most popular mod ever and the planned update that I never managed to complete.
I've decided to keep the setup very basic, I'm not planning to add any more equipment at this point, however I may make another version in the future. Pushbar, grill lights and radar are extras, as are the lightbar lenses, to allow choosing between colored and clear lenses.
With the addition of Kane104's radar (set up as extra_ten, like on the Caprice), the BCSO CVPI is now complete. It is currently in beta testing and will be released when I'm confident that there are no more issues.

I've recently started working on a (hopefully) quick and simple project, an unmarked 2008 Ford Crown Victoria, featuring Hanako's CVPI base and Kane104's Talons:
Most of the equipment is set up as extras, it is possible to use for example it as a detective vehicle with minimal equipment, or as an unmarked traffic patrol car with a laptop, radars, a partition and a pushbar.
I'm currently working on a Whelen SA315P siren and Cencom Gold controller.
I've finished the PB400, but unlike originally planned, I've modeled one from scratch. All the new equipment for the marked BCSO CVPI is now completed, but there are still many small changes and improvements left before it'll be ready.
I've made a partition and an updated version of the gun mount I used for the Caprice. In addition to Kane104's M4 rifle I've also added my Remington 870 shotgun. The only part missing now is the Setina PB400 pushbar, I'm currently planning to update an older model made by Ridgerunner as I did with his Caprice pushbar.
It's been a while since the last update, as I haven't spent a lot of time modding recently. Still, I have some news about the interior equipment. I have finished the Toughbook CF-30, the older version of the Arbitrator dashcam and a console.
