I am new to pc gaming and in the progress of having my pc built but due to stock issue's its taking a bit later then I would like
when i get all set up i would like to start to mod on GTA V I was wondering if anyone could help me with the basic of moding just to get me started or just give me some tips to help any help and advice would really help me a lot
