CHP Undercover Ram 1500 Crew Cab

A variety of undercover vehicles are used by the highway patrol for assignments that warrant investigations in an undercover capacity. These range from Traverses and F-150s to the rarer RAV4s and Civics, though the Ram 1500 is the most commonly used vehicle by Major Crimes and Investigative Services Unit (ISU).

Each vehicle is assigned to an investigator, who is allowed to purchase their own emergency lighting of choice. The lights are typically mounted only when operating in assignments and removed when not in use.

This particular setup is based on a Ram from Border Division ISU.
