Yeah, I agree. Unfortunately there're not too many good peds out, especially plain clothed officers.

I'm aware of those, they're detectives though. I'd prefer if they had a duty belt and maybe a vest.

There is a duty belt, but no vest variation. Maybe I can do a plain clothes style getup. One that isn't tacticool to the max with 3 radios, 4 guns, 7 tasers...
