[gta sa] random screen tearing/glitching especially when vechicles passing by at certain angle

    It happens when walking aswell as driving I noticed that it happens mostly when vechicles pass by but I'm not sure

    I would be grateful for any help (Please It's my dream to play finsih this game since I was a child only now I could get laptop )
