Default vehicle siren audio files

since they have been decoded by open IV i had to figure these out for myself so figured id share

AIRHORN_EQD is the air horn "duh"

AMBULANCE_WARNING - FIRE_TRUCK_HORN are both unused as far as i can find

AMBULANCE_WARNING and FIRE_TRUCK_HORN are probably left over from gta 4. Policeb is also setup: SIREN_QUICK_03 - SIREN_WAIL_03 - POLICE_WARNING for whatever reason, they had the wail in the quick spot. It's the only siren that's different from all the others.

I had the policeb wrote on my sheet correctly but i guess when i was typing it out i went with the pattern of everything else lol
