I need Help w DLS lights not working

First of all HELLO to everyone as I am new here. I dont know if this goes here. I need help for or with LSPDFR. My light bar works but I cannot get the sirents to work nor any of the deatures a DLS car/lightbar has to offer. Ibe looked through my ini file. I didnt change anything (or mean to). I am so new to this. I do need help and any help would be greatly appreciated.
