2015 Riverside County Sheriff Ford Police Interceptor Utility

The push bar they use is a Go-Rhino. There is also a siren mounted under the push bar and the push bars lights have a somewhat custom mount, it's not a raider though. As far as the livery goes, there is also an American flag on the rear side windshield. Here's my reference image, there are also several more images if you scroll to the left and right.
