Nevada Highway Patrol working a vehicle vs pedestrian early this morning. Nevada Highway Patrol received calls of a lady walking on the freeway. While units were in route another call came in stating that a vehicle has just struck a lady on highway 1 near Paleto Bay. The vehicle did flee and NHP is currently on the look out for it.
