The California Highway Patrol does not use that particular prisoner partition nor that lightbar on their vehicles. It would greatly enhance the overall realism of the car if such things were adjusted accordingly. So far though, it looks pretty nice.
That lightbar is the default gtav lightbar
Its just default stuff for now, he doesn't have perms to convert all of the stuff?
