I've been silent for a while, but those tire textures weren't made by Carper. Everybody that has used them has been giving him credit. It's obvious despite his lies, he's either telling people he made them or is passively taking credit. I made the textures for my CVPI and it was given to Kevin to use on his Caprice. I have the original .psd with no quality loss to prove it. I'm sure you didn't know, as most don't, but if you plan to release, I ask you to either credit me or just don't credit Carper/Fartknockr.

I made another Eagle tire texture that looks even better for my dev Tahoe that I will release with it.
