Hello.
I am looking to commission the recreation of LAPD's one of a kind Honda Pioneer. Off-road vehicles are some of the rarest and most uncommon vehicles to patrol with. I have only found one online, but I cannot get the lights to work in-game. I am currently using Dynamic Lighting System, so that lighting model or vanilla GTA 5 non-ELS would be the most ideal.
